Quality that Lasts
SAP invites its translation partners to participate in a certification program that assesses translation quality. The certification process enables SAP to assess whether the processes, tools, and management techniques used by its translation partners meet the requirements of SAP Language Services. As a result, SAP and its customers have round-the-clock access to professional service providers.
To become fully certified, lexsys and other service providers must meet the following criteria:
- Be a long-standing partner of SAP Language Services (SLS)
- Adhere to SLS standards by passing a strict audit
- Maintain a high level of quality, based on SLS performance checks
Audit as the Highest Hurdle
The certification process is divided into different phases during which SAP continuously assesses and monitors performance. As an important milestone in this process, SAP carries out an intensive audit at the partner's premises to determine whether the employees are sufficiently qualified and trained, and whether project and company management is suitably organized to maintain a high standard of quality.
Years of Quality
Selected partners are certified in their language combination for a 24-month period. lexsys has collaborated with SAP for many years and always meets the standards of strict audits and tough day-to-day business.
